Sonder Coffee Cart is a mobile coffee cart and espresso bar for events of every size. We arrive about 45 minutes early, set up a full espresso bar, serve hot and iced lattes, cappuccinos, cortados and americanos with homemade syrups, and break everything down afterward. You choose a package by the number of drinks, and we handle the rest.
Prepaid, all-inclusive packages from $550. A 50% deposit holds your date.

Extra drinks are $8 each. Add an extra hour for $75, a no-caffeine option for $45, custom branding for $85, or a dirty soda bar for $75.
What we need from your venue
A level space of about 8 ft by 10 ft, one standard outlet within about 25 feet (we bring our own extension cord, or a generator for $50 if there is no outlet in reach), and access for setup about 45 minutes before service.
The cart is compact, 48 inches wide and 27.5 inches deep, so it fits indoors in a lobby, studio or reception room as well as outdoors.

Sonder packages start at $550 for 30 drinks over two hours at a shower or party, $800 for a wedding package of up to 40 drinks, and $750 for 60 drinks at a company, studio or community event. Setup, service, breakdown and local travel are included. Use the quote tool for your exact price.
We plan on about one drink per guest over a two-hour service. If your crowd loves a second round, such as at a birthday, move up a package. Additional drinks are $8 each and counted on the day.

Get your price online, then send your request. Ryen confirms your date is open and sends your quote. A 50% deposit reserves the date, and the balance is due one week before your event.
Service runs rain or shine if there is any covered area. If the day is rained out entirely, the deposit is not refundable, but it is fully transferable to a new date or a different event.
Yes. A no-caffeine option with decaf espresso is $45, and some packages include it. A dirty soda bar is $75 for guests who want something beyond coffee.
Orange County, Los Angeles, the Inland Empire and San Diego. Local travel is included. Farther venues may add a travel fee, which is confirmed in your quote.
