Sonder brings a full wedding coffee bar to your reception, cocktail hour or dessert hour: hot and iced lattes, cappuccinos, cortados and americanos from a handcrafted cart, with homemade syrups, whole, oat and almond milk, and signature drinks created for your day.

Drinks built around your story
Your signature drinks are designed with you and lettered onto the menu. A breakfast-for-dinner menu, for example, pairs beautifully with a maple latte and a brown sugar cinnamon latte. Tell us the flavors you love and we build the drinks around them.
The core menu is hot and iced lattes, cappuccinos, cortados and americanos, made with rotating homemade syrups such as brown sugar, salted maple and mocha, and whole, oat or almond milk.
Planning your wedding coffee bar
Timing
We arrive about 45 minutes before service to set up, and need roughly 30 minutes afterward to break down. Ryen recommends booking 60 to 90 days ahead, and popular dates fill.
Space and power
We need a level space of about 8 ft by 10 ft and one standard outlet nearby. We bring our own extension cord, or a generator for $50 if there is no outlet in reach. The cart is 48 inches wide and 27.5 inches deep, so it works indoors and out.
Rain or shine
Service runs rain or shine if there is any covered area. If the day is rained out entirely, your deposit is fully transferable to a new date or a different event.

Sonder wedding packages are $800 for The Essentials (2 hours, up to 40 drinks), $950 for The Signature (2 hours, up to 50 drinks, two signature drinks and a no-caffeine option) and $1,100 for The Full Experience (3 hours, up to 60 drinks, custom branding included). Setup, service, breakdown and local travel are included.
We plan on about one drink per guest. The Essentials covers up to 40 drinks, The Signature up to 50 and The Full Experience up to 60. Additional drinks are $8 each and counted on the day.
Yes. Custom branding adds themed cups and a matching menu sign in your wedding colors for $85, and it is included in The Full Experience.
Yes. A no-caffeine option with decaf espresso is $45, and it is included in The Signature and The Full Experience.
Yes. The cart is compact. Indoors we need a level space of about 8 ft by 10 ft near an outlet. Send us any parking and load-in details for your venue once you book.
A 50% deposit reserves your date and is non-refundable. The balance is due one week before your event. You may move your date once at no charge, subject to availability, with at least 14 days notice.
